Recently, the commissioning ceremony for the gasification/air separation unit was successfully held at the Xinjiang Zhongtai New Materials Resource Comprehensive Utilization Methanol Production Upgraded Demonstration Project, EPC-contracted by CNCEC-TCC.
The project, with an annual output of 1 million tons of methanol and a total investment of ¥5.99 billion, is a key initiative for resource efficiency and industrial upgrading in Xinjiang. CNCEC-TCC was responsible for constructing the air separation and gasification units, including: Air separation unit: 2 sets of 60,000 Nm³/h air separation plants; Gasification unit: 3 units of 286,331 Nm³/h (CO+H₂) syngas gasifiers.
Since the project's Groundbreaking, the team leveraged EPC management strengths to implement "high standards, strict requirements, and excellence-driven execution". They overcame challenges from harsh environments and complex construction conditions through scientific planning and precision management, adhering to the principle of "safety first, quality-focused, schedule-critical". This approach earned high recognition from the client and set a new industry benchmark.
Moving forward, the project department will rigorously implement the parent company’s "135" development strategy, enhancing quality control and optimizing construction plans to ensure safe, high-quality progress, thereby contributing to the group’s high-quality growth.
