On December 3, 2023, Liang Junxiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of CNCEC-TCC, visited Kazakhstan to conduct a research and inspection of the European Chemical Sulfuric Acid Project.
Liang Junxiang conducted an in-depth inspection of the project site with key participating units, covering safety, quality, progress, and civilized construction practices. He listened to the project team's work report, acknowledged the achievements made in the project’s current phase, and proposed five key directives for the next stage of the project:
1. Ensure the successful completion of CNCEC-TCC's "debut" in front of the European Chemical owner, thereby enhancing the company’s international brand image as an engineering firm.
2. Fully leverage the initiative of the project team, focusing on the deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials to drive progress and mobilize various resources.
3. Strengthen quality awareness, continue to deepen the overseas market along the Belt and Road, and establish and promote the positive brand image of China National Chemical.
4. Strictly enforce the safety production responsibility system and take multiple measures to improve the construction site environment.
5. Strengthen the humanistic care for local and Chinese employees, and ensure the logistics and support for the project.
During the research trip, Liang Junxiang held a meeting with the project personnel, promoting the spirit of the 20th CPC Central Committee Third Plenary Session. He expressed sincere thanks to the employees working at the frontlines of overseas projects.
All project team members pledged to deeply study the session's spirit, closely align with the company’s overseas market development plan, overcome the challenges of winter construction, scientifically arrange the construction schedule, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the high-quality and on-time completion of set goals. They are determined to make the project a landmark, high-quality engineering achievement, providing satisfactory results for both the company and the client.
