Recently, the Shaanxi Yuneng Fine Chemical Utility Project, undertaken by CNCEC-TCC as the EPC contractor, reached a major construction milestone — the No.1 and No.2 circulating water stations officially passed acceptance and became the first utility units in the whole plant to achieve formal handover, receiving high praise from the owner. The on-schedule completion of this milestone marks a key victory during the critical installation phase of the project and lays a solid foundation for the smooth progress of subsequent milestones.
