Recently, the Training Center for the Fujian SABIC PC&BPA Complex, undertaken by CNCEC-TCC as the general contractor, was officially unveiled and put into use.
The Project Department of CNCEC-TCC for Fujian SABIC PC&BPA Complex stated that, as the core unit of the Fujian SABIC Complex Project, the PC&BPA Joint Unit carries SABIC's world-leading process technology and the application of complex special materials, with extremely strict quality control requirements.
Facing challenges in cutting-edge technologies such as the welding of special materials (including Monel, Hastelloy, nickel-based alloys, and duplex stainless steel) and the high-efficiency tracing system in the unit, the Quality Training Center has innovatively built a "dual quality protection" system. On one hand, it converts abstract specifications into more than 20 physical samples covering all processes such as welding, installation, and anti-corrosion, realizing the visualization and tangibility of "construction according to drawings"; on the other hand, it implements a closed-loop management of "training - assessment - certification" for operators of special processes, ensuring that key positions "do it right once and meet standards once".
The commissioning of the Quality Training Center for Fujian SABIC PC&BPA Complex marks a solid step taken by CNCEC-TCC towards the goal of building a "national safety project, high-quality project, and model project that can stand the test".
