
Recently, the Vietnam Long Son Low-Temperature Storage Tank Project, jointly undertaken by CNCEC-TCC and PTSC as the general contractor, successfully completed all the roof air raising 43 days ahead of schedule.The completion of this critical milestone marks the safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of the most technically complex installation phase of the project. With this achievement, the project has entered the fast track of construction, gaining valuable time for subsequent work.
The Vietnam Long Son Low-Temperature Storage Tank Project is the first supporting facility project for a petrochemical complex in Vietnam, as well as the first large-scale low-temperature storage tank project undertaken by CNCEC in the Southeast Asian market . As a benchmark project that brings together outstanding enterprises from China, Thailand, and Vietnam in the chemical sector for the first time, it will significantly enhance Vietnam's self-sufficiency in high-end petrochemical raw materials. It also serves as an innovative model for China-ASEAN cooperation in jointly advancing the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) under the framework of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP)
