Compressor Single-Machine & Integrated Process Unit Trail Runs Completed for Hubei Shuanghuan Alkali Reform Project
The single-machine trail runs for three major units—vacuum unit, furnace gas compressor unit, and low-potassium tail gas compressor unit—have been successfully completed in the Hubei Shuanghuan Alkali Reform Project undertaken by CNCEC-TCC. Concurrently, integrated trail runs for process installations—including soda ash dense unit, ammonium chloride unit, dry ammonium section, light ash section, and wet salt transport section—were accomplished. With utilities like the fire water station and circulating water station operational, the full project process flow has been achieved, laying a solid foundation for feedstock commissioning.
Next, the project team will capitalize on this milestone to fully support the client in advancing feedstock commissioning, striving for early production commencement and delivering quality outcomes that reinforce trust.
