On February 10, 2025, CNCEC-TCC executed an EPC general contracting agreement with Shaanxi Yuneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. for the 1 MTA High-end Chemical New Materials Project.

This project is a key provincial-level initiative in Shaanxi Province and serves as a benchmark "industrial chain extension, supplementation, and reinforcement" project in Yulin City. Upon completion, it will: Attract upstream/downstream enterprises to form industrial clusters; Optimize the local chemical industry ecosystem;

Enhance regional industrial competitiveness.
