Demineralized Water Station of Kazakhstan 800 KTA Sulfuric Acid Project Successfully Produces Water

Time:2025/11/11 Source:

Recently, the Sulfuric Acid Plant of the Chemical Complex located at Janatas, Kazakhstan, co-constructed by CNCEC-TCC and CNCECI, has successfully produced industrial water and demineralized water, marking that the unit has met the conditions for official commissioning.

As the "blood system" of the entire sulfuric acid plant, the demineralized water station adopts advanced combined processes such as multi-media filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), and continuous electrodeionization (EDI) to ensure that the water quality meets strict industrial ultrapure water standards. Since the project commenced, the project department has overcome multiple challenges such as the local high-temperature and hot climate and long supply chain cycles, organized construction scientifically, strictly adhered to the dual bottom lines of quality control and safe production, and efficiently advanced equipment installation and commissioning, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the project.

This project is the first phase of the Kazakhstan Chemical Complex. After completion, it will effectively promote Kazakhstan's transformation from simple resource extraction and export to deep processing and high-value-added production of chemical products, realize the upgrading of the chemical industry, create more than 2,400 new jobs, strongly promote the local economic and social development, and simultaneously drive the cultivation of local professional and technical talent teams, injecting intellectual momentum into the sustainable development of Kazakhstan's chemical industry.
