TCC Signs Digital Delivery Contract for Fujian Zhongsha Petrochemical
Recently, CNCEC-TCC signed a digital delivery management and implementation service contract with Fujian Zhongsha Petrochemical Co., Ltd. This signing represents another key milestone for TCC in the Zhongsha Gulei Ethylene Project and an innovative practice in deepening the full-chain service capabilities of the "T+EPC" model.
The Fujian Zhongsha Gulei 1.5 million t/y ethylene and downstream deep-processing integrated project is Fujian’s largest foreign-invested joint venture project to date, a key China-Saudi production capacity cooperation project, a national major foreign-invested special task force project, and a significant achievement in aligning the Belt and Road Initiative with Saudi Arabia’s "Vision 2030." This contract covers plant-wide digital management of all production units and utilities, adhering to a five-in-one core principle of "digitalization, integration, modularization, visualization, and intelligence." It implements the strategy of integrated engineering digital delivery and operational synergy while closely linking with smart operational scenarios during the factory operation phase, deeply exploring "AI+" application potential to build a full-lifecycle digital twin.
As a pioneer in China’s industrial digitalization field, TCC leverages the dual-drive model of "engineering + industrial business" to create a digital service matrix. With multiple international and domestic dual certifications, it has established a full-chain service from engineering digital construction to smart plant operation and maintenance, having completed over 50 large-scale domestic and international digital projects covering petrochemicals, coal chemicals, new materials, and other fields. The company has been awarded honors such as "International Engineering Digital Best Technological Innovation Practice Project" and "National Smart Manufacturing Demonstration Project."
